Doyle Law, LLC was established in 2023, and officially opened in February 2024, by Rebecca N. Doyle, Esq. who was passionate and experienced in estates and trusts, employment and business law. Our firm quickly grew by adding all-star employees (Samantha L. Mears, Esquire, Laura Mayse, Paralegal, Caitlin Murphy, Client Services Director and Justin M. Doyle, Firm Administrator) who share Rebecca’s caring and compassionate nature and passion for assisting clients and their loved ones with planning for death and/or incapacity and assisting family members with estate administration and other related legal processes.

Discovering her passion, Rebecca was fortunate to work with prominent Delaware lawyers for over six years at a multi-state law firm, contributing significantly at its Lewes, Delaware office. There, she broadened her expertise in estates, trusts, and business law, while delivering premier services to clients. Throughout this period, Rebecca had the honor of building friendships with prominent attorneys and professionals across various practice areas statewide and was recognized as a Delaware Today Top Attorney for five consecutive years, from 2019 to 2023.
After considerable thought and planning, Rebecca decided to establish Doyle Law, LLC, which officially opened its doors to the public in February 2024. Rebecca aimed to gather a team of like-minded, compassionate, and diligent professionals to deliver effective, efficient, and empathetic estate, trust, and business legal services. Her vision was to benefit the community and positively impact the lives of her friends and loved ones who chose to join her in this endeavor.

Laura joined Doyle Law, LLC in March 2024. She supports clients through the estate administration process and meets with clients to review their estate planning documents, taking the time to help them understand how their wishes translate into the documents prepared for them.
Laura was born in Texas and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Wesley College. After many years in the legal profession, Laura found her passion for helping others fulfilled in estate planning and estate administration.
Laura and her husband Barry live in Cecil County, Maryland where they raised two daughters, of whom they are incredibly proud. Outside of work, Laura and Barry enjoy working in their yard, their home, boating, walking, exercising, and cooking.
Caitlin joined Doyle Law, LLC in May 2024. She supports the clients throughout the intake process as well as the firm with business development and marketing. She is originally from Souderton, PA, and has spent her summers in Lewes, finally making the move permanent in 2018.
Caitlin is a prolific reader and enjoys doing so on the beach or on her boat. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog Flint.
Justin joined Doyle Law, LLC in October 2024 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling finances, human resources, office management and overall administrative tasks at the firm. Prior to joining Doye Law, he was a retail manager for a large corporation where he was accountable for delivering excellent customer service and delivering operational results in order to run a successful business.
With his extensive managerial experience and his ability to connect with people, he is committed to making sure our clients receive the best possible experience, while creating a family-like work environment for our team at Doyle Law!
