Rebecca N. Doyle established Doyle Law, LLC in 2023, which opened in February 2024, after practicing estates and trusts, business, and employment law in Delaware for 11 years. She began her legal career working for the State of Delaware, serving as a hearing officer for employee and union grievances, and representing various agencies in collective bargaining, arbitration, employment discrimination, and unfair labor practice cases.

After relocating to Sussex County in 2017, Rebecca transitioned into private practice, joining a local firm where she focused on estates and trusts, business law, and real estate. Rebecca discovered that her passion for estates and trusts aligned perfectly with her caring and compassionate nature. Unlike other lawyers who thrived on courtroom litigation, Rebecca shied away from being labeled a “pit-bull” by clients seeking aggressive representation. She knew her strengths lay in assisting individuals to achieve their objectives in a clear and thorough way, while preventing family disputes and avoiding court conflicts.

Rebecca’s Story

Discovering her passion, Rebecca was fortunate to work with prominent Delaware lawyers for over six years at a multi-state law firm, contributing significantly at its Lewes, Delaware office. There, she broadened her expertise in estates, trusts, and business law, while delivering premier services to clients. Throughout this period, Rebecca had the honor of building friendships with prominent attorneys and professionals across various practice areas statewide and was recognized as a Delaware Today Top Attorney for five consecutive years, from 2019 to 2023.

After considerable thought and planning, Rebecca decided to establish Doyle Law, LLC, which officially opened its doors to the public in February 2024. Rebecca aimed to gather a team of like-minded, compassionate, and diligent professionals to deliver effective, efficient, and empathetic estate, trust, and business legal services. Her vision was to benefit the community and positively impact the lives of her friends and loved ones who chose to join her in this endeavor.
